KWatch.io allows you to collaborate with your team members to manage your alerts effectively. This guide will help you understand how to set up and manage your team.
Team Roles
KWatch.io offers three different roles to help you manage your team's access and responsibilities:

Setting Up Your Organization
Before adding team members, you need to set up your organization. This helps maintain a professional structure and ensures all team members are properly associated with your company.
To set up your organization, go to the Organization section and fill in your organization details (Organization name, Street address, etc.)
Managing Team Members
Adding Team Members
To add a new team member:
- Go to the Team Members section
- Enter the team member's email address
- Select their role (Manager or Reader)
- Click "Send Invitation Email"
The team member will receive an email invitation to join your organization. They'll need to create an account using the email address you invited to access your team.
Managing Existing Team Members
For existing team members, you can:

Update their role:
- Click the role dropdown next to their email
- Select the new role
- Click "Update Role"

Remove them from the team:
- Click the "Delete" button next to their email
- Confirm the deletion in the popup window
Managing Pending Invitations
You can manage invitations that haven't been accepted yet:
- View all pending invitations in the "Pending Invitations" section
- Update the role of a pending invitation:
- Select a new role from the dropdown
- Click "Update Role"
- Delete a pending invitation:
- Click the "Delete" button
- The invitation will be removed
Security Considerations
- Regularly review and update team member roles
- Remove team members who leave the organization
- Keep your organization's contact information up to date
